Deloitte Malta has announced an official partnership with Databricks, a move that significantly broadens the firm's data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) offering for businesses in Malta and across the wider region. The agreement forms part of Deloitte's global alliance programme. It brings together Databricks’ AI platform with Deloitte's consulting expertise to help organisations make better use of their data.
The partnership covers a full range of data and AI services. These include data engineering, data warehousing, advanced analytics, machine learning, and the implementation of AI across an organisation. Deloitte Malta's teams will use the Databricks platform to design, build, and implement data solutions that can be scaled to suit the needs of clients.
The offering is aimed at organisations in financial services, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, and the public sector in Malta. Services on offer range from data strategy advice and platform implementation to data governance and analytics support, all designed to help clients turn raw information into insight they can act on.
Businesses today are under growing pressure to draw real value from larger volumes of data while keeping complexity and cost under control. The partnership is built to meet that challenge directly – giving clients faster deployment of AI tools, secure and scalable data platforms, and access to new capabilities as the technology develops.
By pairing Databricks' technical strength with Deloitte's experience in managing change, the collaboration is designed to help organisations turn their data operations into a genuine competitive advantage.
"This partnership represents our commitment to equipping organisations with the tools, expertise, and guidance needed to succeed in the data-driven economy," said Pierre Mallia, Director at Deloitte Malta. "By combining our consulting strength with Databricks' platform excellence, we're positioned to deliver transformative outcomes for our clients."
The agreement reflects Deloitte's wider strategy of working with leading technology providers to strengthen the services it offers clients around the world. As demand for data and AI capabilities continues to grow, the partnership positions Deloitte Malta to support local and regional organisations as they modernise their operations and build for a more data-driven future.
